Lance Halpern E.d. S. LPC is a Certified N.J. / N.Y. School Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor. Lance has extensive experience working with public and alternative schools, and is well versed in all components of Special Education.  As a current member of a Child Study Team coupled with his private practice which focuses on Psycho Educational and Counseling Services, Lance Halpern has taken his familiarity with school culture to assist in parents, students, schools, and school law attorneys, in education-related issues including administration, special education, sol evaluation, litigation support, and risk analysis. He provides results-oriented psychological services helping children, adolescents, parents, adults, and families gain renewal, growth and development. In addition to therapeutic services, He also provides diagnostic and psychological assessment services as it relates to IEP’s, 504 Plans, and SAT Accommodations.
